David has over 30 years of experience in transport planning consultancy having previously worked for Halcrow Group Limited (including working for HFA and Halcrow Fox) and MVA Consultancy.
David has held the roles of project / technical director or manager on over key 40 projects, covering the roles of project planning, technical leadership, resource management, financial management and application of relevant Project Management Systems. He has an excellent record in the technical and financial performance of projects, meeting critical deadlines and contribution targets by thorough monitoring and control processes applied during the course of each project. Much of the work he completes is through repeat appointments for a small core of key clients.
David has a first class honours degree in Statistics from Sheffield City Polytechnic and a Master in Transport Planning from the University of Birmingham David is a member of the Transport Planning Society (TPS), and in 2009 he gained the Transport Planning Professional Qualification (TPP).
